"I had the first of the Lightbody Integration sessions, the Body Consciousness Realignment, with Cinthia a few days ago. I really felt ready for this work and was looking forward to it, although I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Cinthia explained everything very clearly, and I felt completely safe and at ease in her presence, as though I was being held in a strong, light-filled container.

During the session, as we made contact with the Keepers of the Human Legacy, I was amazed at the vivid images that came to mind. I could see my Keepers as little gnome-like beings, so many of them, and most of them were so delighted to be part of this process of realigning from separation to working towards the Light. When it was time to break our contract, I could feel some resistance coming up. Some of the Keepers were reluctant to give up their roles; they looked uncertain and weary. Cinthia expertly guided me through this, as we released the beings to their next highest step, and invited new Keepers in to take their place.

For the past few days, I feel as though I have been shedding layers of heaviness from both my physical and emotional bodies. I feel subtly different – lighter, more at ease, inwardly quieter.

"As it's some time before we next meet, I wanted to share with you about my weekend and thank you for your loving support and healing energy. The wedding went well, and I managed to keep my poise and balance through most of it, despite some 'bumps' along the way.

In particular, every time I felt triggered or uncomfortable, I simply envisioned you standing at my back in a golden beam of light, and immediately I felt strengthened and returned to centre. I felt patience and compassion flow into me, and instead of reacting I just let it go.
