  What to expect

  Prior to the session, we’ll discuss the specific issues or challenges you would like to address.

  You can choose to lie down on a couch, fully clothed and covered, or sit in a chair. You are conscious throughout and invited to talk about the issues that present for healing during the session. I offer a safe, gentle space where you can get in touch with the deepest parts of your ‘self’ and bring them into the light of your awareness, so that they can be healed.

  Sessions usually last 2 hours, for an exchange of £160.
