How the Healing Works
Drawing on the “MedBed within” method developed by Mireille Mettes, your innate healing abilities awaken through frequencies transmitted telepathically. During the session, a new command arrives every 30 seconds, working through:

You are welcome to sit or lie down, eyes open or closed.
If you fall asleep, the healing continues.
You will receive a list of healing commands after the session to read aloud once, supporting integration. Healing continues for three days, and gentle rest, hydration, and care are encouraged.
You may also include loved ones (with permission) by placing their names beside you — they will receive the healing energy.
