Throughout the session, Cinthia will offer Divine Healing – Master Key Healing, helping you release old patterns and open to clarity and expansion.

Alison will weave a soothing soundscape using vocals, gong, crystal bowls, shruti and gentle percussion, inviting profound calm and energetic reset.

Together, they hold a safe, nurturing space for deep rest and transformation.

• What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow, eye mask (optional), and anything else to make yourself comfortable. Chair available if needed. Comfy clothes recommended. Water advised.
